FAQs
Q: What kind of beverages do you serve?
A: We serve a wide-range of wines which are served by the bottle and by the glass. We have twelve taps for draft beer (including nitro!) which also rotates often and features regional beers and selections from outside of Texas.
Q: Do you serve food?
A: Ki Mexico, which started in Shreveport, LA, has now begun serving food out of our space. We operate as a restaurant and bar where you can order from each business separately and enjoy tacos, wine, beer and more in our shared space.
Q: Is outside food allowed?
A: No outside food is allowed.
Q: Can I buy wine or beer to-go?
A: We have a great selection of wine bottles on our retail wall available to buy and take to-go. If you buy 4 or more bottles to-go, you receive a 10% discount! We can fill up growlers that are brought in, we do not sell growlers onsite at this time.
Q: Do you have parking available?
A: Street parking is available on Tyler Street and additional parking is available in the two lots (signage marking them) on Tyler Street between Woolley G’s and L&J Garage.
Q: Are you kid-friendly?
A: Yes! Kids are welcome, but we ask that they are well-supervised and respectful of our space and fellow patrons.
Q: Are pets allowed at Greenside?
A: Aside from registered Service Animals, we only allow pets (dogs, cats) on our outdoor patio, on leash at all times. Only registered Service Animals may be indoors and with their owners at all times.
Q: Do you have TVs?
A: We have two TVs, one permanently inside and one we have inside or on the patio when the weather is nice. We stream all kinds of sporting events and sometimes put on nostalgic movies or surfing videos.
Q: Do you allow smoking at Greenside?
A: There is no smoking of any kind (including vaping) allowed on Greenside’s premises, inside or outside. You may smoke down the sidewalk on Green street away from our entrance.
Q: Do you serve non-alcoholic beverages?
A: In addition to sparkling water and Mexican Coke, we keep a several non-alcoholic beers and other options on our menu, and may add more with time.
Q: Do you take reservations?
A: At this time, we are only taking walk-ins.
Q: Is Greenside available for private events?
A: Yes! Please contact hello@greensidebevco.com to inquire about events. Please include any details you can about desired date(s), timeframe, and number of attendees in order for us to determine our availability and pricing.
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: We currently cannot offer gift cards, unfortunately, but we offer a wide variety of retail items that make for great gifts! We are happy to make suggestions or curate a gift bag for your recipient.
Q: Can I ask for a donation or sponsorship from Greenside?
